You know why, the naysayers can’t wait to know what’s going on so they can thwart your plans with their sly remarks, insults and jealously. Some of them may not even know they’re doing it.

I stopped talking about my relationship completely once I realized I wanted to take the person seriously. I shared my engagement publicly online only after I had gotten married.

I remember a few weeks after sharing my engagement online I messed up and called my husband (fiancee to the mass) my husband instead of my finacee and I kid you not, this random bitch who wasn’t even on my friendlist came on my post to curse me out about calling a fiancee my husband.

“You’re not even married to him yet, why are you calling him your husband.”

When you have a vision for your life, keep that shit to yourself. Don’t share it with your sister, brother, father, mother, man, friend. Don’t share it with ANYBODY.

You want to be an actor, tell them you want to be a basketball player, let them focus their negativity on that while you get to work on your true vision.
