I've recently started incorporating all of humanity in my prayers. Whatever ailment, concern, or thanksgiving I have in that moment, I say a prayer for myself and extend it to all of humanity experiencing the same.

For example, if I am battling a cold, I pray for healing for myself and include all of humanity who may be experiencing the same. Occasionally, I may include other ailments that I am not experiencing if they come to mind, but for the most part, my prayers are for concerns that directly affect me or a loved one. However, once I notice an issue, I ask for healing not only for myself or that loved one but for all of humanity who need healing from the same symptoms.

I'm not sharing this to display a holier-than-thou attitude but to share an epiphany I had while doing this. Each time I pray in this way, a few things occur:

1. My Healing is Almost Instantaneous:

I often find that my own healing happens more quickly when I include others in my prayers.

2. A Profound Realization:

This intense epiphany and realization comes over me saying something to the nature of "Imagine if all of humanity did this for each other on a daily basis, every week, every month, or whenever the need arises. Imagine how much more quantifiable and rapid our collective healing would be."

For example, imagine someone experiencing heartbreak praying to have their heart healed and extending that prayer to all of humanity experiencing heartbreak. If 100 people going through heartbreak did this daily, the collective power of these prayers would significantly accelerate healing. Instead of just one person (you, or a few of your family members) praying for you, the entire world would. How much more powerful and impactful would that be for healing to occur or for positive changes to manifest?

And we wouldn’t need to think of every problem to pray about, just those near and dear to us. The rest of humanity could do the same for the issues they care about, extending their prayers to the rest of us. Imagine the healing, love, and grace that would permeate the world. I see it so clearly, and I see how easily it could be achieved.

Imagine a thousand cancer patients praying for healing for themselves and all of humanity who are experiencing cancer. If they did this every day, or whenever they thought of it, the collective power of their prayers would be immense. Even on days when they might not pray, they could find comfort in knowing that thousands of others are extending their prayers and healing intentions to them as well.

We often understand the impact of donating to a cause that has affected us or a loved one, but imagine if we also started to include the rest of humanity in our prayers. How impactful it would be! It costs nothing, requires no material wealth, and can be done by anyone, anywhere.

Think about children who are trafficked, people held against their will, and others suffering unimaginable hardships. How much faster might they find their way home if even a thousand of us remembered to pray for them daily? By simply extending our prayers for ourselves or our loved ones to the rest of humanity, we could amplify the power of our intentions. And imagine we then stated to extend that to the rest of Earth's inhabitants (the trees, nature, animal kingdom etc,).

As manifestors and creator beings, our thoughts and intentions hold immense power. Imagine the profound impact we could achieve by collectively manifesting healing and positive change for ourselves and all of humanity.

If we collectively prayed for those in dire situations, we could see a significant difference in the world. The compassion and grace we would cultivate for each other would be transformative. It would shift our perspective from feeling isolated in our struggles to recognizing our interconnectedness.

By embracing our roles as creators of our reality, and channeling our energy towards collective healing, we can create a ripple effect of positive change that extends far beyond our immediate circles.
